Aperture Education Releases Back-to-School SEL Guide for the School Community

Free, downloadable guide contains resources, articles, and activities to support social and emotional learning this school year, both in the classroom and at home

Aperture Education has released its 2022-2023 Back-to-School Guide offering 48 pages of resources to help administrators, teachers, and parents support social and emotional learning this school year. The Back-to-School Guide focuses on relationship-building and also offers resources on everything from managing stress, to getting buy-in for SEL programs, to how to support SEL in the home. “Students continue to struggle with social and emotional skills they did not learn while remote learning. We create this free guide every year because it’s important to help schools and parents support students’ SEL growth,” said Aperture Education CEO Jessica Adamson. “It includes skills like managing stress and promoting a positive school climate which will help to get the school year off to a strong start.”

Aperture’s free Back-to-School Guide is one of the ways Aperture supports educators, administrators, parents, and out-of-school time programs in promoting SEL in classrooms and at home.
