My Life is Worth Living: A New Mental Health Animated Series

My Life is Worth Living is a mental health and suicide prevention series produced by the Cook Center for Human Connection in collaboration with Wonder Media. Each episode models positive coping skills and positive mental health techniques that your students will be able to apply to their own lives.

The series follows five teenagers as they navigate through challenges that are made worse by a negative inner voice. Characters deal with depression, rejection, self-acceptance, bullying, abuse, and trauma. Throughout the series, each character models actionable mental health skills that teen viewers can apply in their own lives. For teachers and counselors, we also offer free extension lessons that include small and large group discussion points, and active learning opportunity, journal prompts, and family engagement techniques.

All episodes and printable lessons are available to teachers for free on our YouTube channel, our website, and Share My Lesson.
